Ice Cream Week | Pop-Up Class + Treats

Summer camp isn’t just for kids at FIT4MOM Chattanooga—we’re bringing the fun (and the sprinkles!) all week long during Ice Cream Week, part of FIT4MOM Chattanooga’s Summer Camp Series!

Get ready for stroller-friendly workouts, sweet surprises, and themed playgroups that are sure to delight your little one.

We’ll wrap up the week with a special Field Trip Thursday—a pop-up Strides 360 class at Deer Park, followed by a special ice cream treat to cool down after class. It’s the perfect combo of movement, mama magic, and summer fun!
